Please use the shirt designer part of the web site to create your own bespoke shirt, and then check out through the shopping basket area once you have finished creating your order.

For legal purposes, you will have been deemed to place an order when your credit card details are accepted and authorised. We accept the following cards:

After you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation email delivered to the address you give us during the ordering process. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct email address for notices.
If you place an order with us and the measurement details appear unlikely, we will contact you to confirm that the measurements details are correct.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are now available from Christian Hanson and can be used in part or for full payment of an order. Each voucher may only be used once. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no cash change can be given.
Canceling orders
If you decide to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of ordering, as we are unable to cancel orders for which we have already undertaken work. Any orders that are not cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full charge for the item.
Shipping and costs
A one-off postage and packing charge applies to each order. The table below details the countries we currently ship to, the postage and packing costs, and the service used to ship your order.

If your order contains a shirt it will normally be dispatched within 22 calendar days. Ties will be dispatched within 10 calendar days. Other orders will normally be dispatched within 5 calendar days.
We will endeavor to ship each order as a complete package; however, there may very rarely be circumstances where parts of the order are shipped separately (for example very large orders).
Returns and refunds - our guarantee
We will offer a refund or exchange in the event that any product we sell to you is faulty, or differs in any way from your order specifications. In this case, please return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt unwashed, for the choice of a full refund in Christian Hanson vouchers or exchange.
Please note that if incorrect measurements are supplied to us, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange as our shirts and ties are tailor-made to order; however, we will undertake to alter the shirt or tie if this is possible. This will incur a small charge for alterations and postage depending on what needs to be done on the shirt.
We will offer a refund or exchange on any non- tailored product in the event that any product we sell to you is faulty, or differs in any way from your order specifications. In this case, please return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt unwashed (if fabric), for the choice of a full refund or exchange.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@christianhanson.com stating the reason for the return. We will then contact you and make arrangements for the return and refund. For your protection, please use a recorded postal service for all returns.
Website security and privacy
At Christian Hanson we are committed to protecting your privacy and security. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience.
Your credit card details
When you order our products using your credit card, you will be taken to our HSBC secure server, hosted by Small Orange, in order to endeavour to give you the greatest degree of security possible. Please note that we keep no records of your credit card details on our servers (except billing address); again, to ensure your security.
We use the very latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, this makes it impossible for anyone else to decode.
Credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved details are deleted. This does mean customers will need to repeat their credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience - but one that makes it totally safe to order online with us.
Protection of your data
The contact information you give us will never be divulged to any third party, except companies or individuals we use to fulfill orders (e.g. delivery of orders, processing of credit card payments).
We will use your email address to keep you informed of the order delivery and to provide notification of orders and queries, and your name and delivery address to deliver the products you have ordered.
Your credit card billing address details and name will be used to verify your identity during the payment process. We may use your telephone number(s) to contact you if there is an urgent problem with your order, however we will not use this information for marketing purposes.
When you enter a promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
